CES 2014: Samsung Unveils Three Tablets from the "Galaxy Tab Pro" Series

Samsung Company has unveiled three tablets from the new category "Galaxy Tab Pro", the three new tablets is "Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4”, "Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 " and "Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2".

Samsung revealed the three devices at an event held on the sidelines of its participation in the technical exhibition CES 2014 which will be held in the Las Vegas city during the period between 7 to 10 Jan.

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 Specifications:

• Display: 8.4 inch with 1600×2560 pixel resolution. 
• Processor:  2.3 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 800.
• RAM: 2 GB.
• Memory: 16/32 GB Internal Memory.
• Camera: 8 Megapixel Auto Focus Camera with LED Flash, 2 Megapixel front.
• Operating System: Android 4.4 (KitKat).
• Battery: 4,800 mAh.

Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 Specifications:

• Display: 10.1 inch with 1600×2560 pixel resolution. 
• Processor: 1.9 GHz QuadCore Exynos 5 Octa for WiFi, 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 800 for LTE networks.
• RAM: 2 GB.
• Memory: 16/32 GB Internal Memory.
• Camera: 8 Megapixel Auto Focus Camera with LED Flash, 2 Megapixel front.
• Operating System: Android 4.4 (KitKat).
• Battery: 8,220 mAh.

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1

Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 Specifications:

• Display: 12.2 inch with 1600×2560 pixel resolution. 
• Processor: 1.9 GHz QuadCore Exynos 5 Octa for WiFi, 2.3 GHz Quad-Core Snapdragon 800 for LTE networks.
• RAM: 3 GB.
• Memory: 32/64 GB Internal Memory.
• Camera: 8 Megapixel Auto Focus Camera with LED Flash, 2 Megapixel front.
• Operating System: Android 4.4 (KitKat).
• Battery: 9,500 mAh.

Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2

It is noteworthy that the unveiling of the three tablets that fall under "Galaxy Tab Pro" category came in the same event which saw the launch of the first tablet from "Galaxy Note Pro" category which is "Galaxy Note Pro 12.2", which is characterized by owning a stylus, especially as the four tablets owns Magazine UX user interface that allows users to split their device's interface to boxes for applications and content according to their desires.

Samsung did not specify an exact date for the launch of the new tablets on the market or their prices, but plans to launch those devices during the next few days, particularly before the end of the first quarter of this year, which expires at the end of next March.
