How to Put Program Shortcuts in My Computer Window Beneath Disk Drives


There is a large empty space beneath disks in My Computer window, and we always wonder why do not use the empty space below drives? The space can be exploited to put shortcuts of any program or application, or even a game.
  
We will explain how to take advantage of this empty space to put your favorites shortcuts of the programs that we want, we will do it without any programs.

1- This is the empty space beneath hard disks.


2- Open RUN window, click Start button + R button at the same time. Copy the command and paste it in RUN and  click OK.

  %appdata%\microsoft\Windows\Network Shortcuts




3- This folder will open, this folder in which we will put the program shortcuts.




4- Right click, and choose New Shortcut.




5- Select any program you want to make a shortcut of it, for example we choose Google Chrome.





6- Click Next, type a name for the shortcut and Finish.





7- You can add shortcuts by drag and drop the programs into the folder.





8- If you want to delete any shortcut, right click and select delete.
