How to Add New Items to "Send To" Menu

In order to save few minutes of your time during transfer and save files on your computer from any external source such as CD-Rom or flash drive or via LAN or other, so you need to organize your files accurately and effectively and this allows you to transfer the file you want to the folder where you want with the least amount of mouse movements and keyboard clicks.

"Send to" service may be the best solution for these tasks, all you need is to create folders for your own data on a drive by an organized and tidy way, and then create shortcuts of these folders in the menu "Send To".

To create shortcuts to folders on Send To menu, follow these steps:

1- Open Run window, press Start button + R button.

2- Type "shell:sendto" order and press OK.



3- This window contain all "Send to" shortcuts, we will add shortcuts to folders that we want.


4- Right click on the folder that you want to add it to "Send to" menu, then click Create shortcut.





5- Copy and past the shortcut in the window of "Send to".



6- The new item now is available in "Send to" menu, and we use it.
