How to Convert Video Clip to Animated Picture (GIF)

Today we will show you an important lesson on how to convert any video clip to animated picture from GIF format. 

    

The way to convert video clip to GIF picture is very simple, we will use Format Factory program, it is free and easy to use, and you can download it from HERE.

Steps:

1- Install Format Factory program on your computer.

2- After you install the program, open it and click on Video in the left menu.

3- Select -> GIF, the program will open another window.

4- Click on Add File on the top.

5- Select the video file to be converted to an animated picture.

6- You can control the quality of the picture that is converted by pressing on Output Setting.

7- You can also click on Options to control the start time and end time of the video to be converted, this options for large video files if you want to convert a small section of them.

8- After you complete your settings, click on OK.

9- Click on Start, to start the conversion.

10- After the conversion is complete, go to the output folder to get the animated picture.
