Apple Wants 22 Million Dollars from Samsung as Compensation for Litigation Expenses

Apple made judicial request to get more than 22 million dollars from Samsung, and that compensation for which the company has spent on the case brought against Samsung, and accused them of violating two patents for "iPhone" and "iPad".
  

Apple demanded Samsung to pay nearly 16 million dollars, pointing out that this amount does not represent nearly a third of the amount recognized as an expense incurred on the case so far.
  
Apple said it incurred about 60 million dollars as fees for lawyers involved in the legal battle against Samsung.
  
Apple added that they want also 6.2 million dollars from Samsung as compensation for expenses other miscellaneous incurred during the case, it also asked the court to approve the compensation after proving intent of Samsung to deliberate violation of two patents for "iPhone" and "iPad".
  
The U.S. court condemned Samsung, last year, of violating patents owned by Apple, the company was fined one billion dollars before they reduce the fine to 599 million dollars for the calculation errors on the part of the jury.
  
It is worth mentioning that Samsung fined about 290 million dollars before days in favor of the Apple, bringing the size of the fines signatory to the Korean company in the United States to nearly 890 million dollars, in addition to the prohibition of a number of its sales in America.
