Leaked Image and Specifications of "Nexus 9" Tablet

There are a lot of news says that Google has put an end to Nexus series which consisting of smartphones and Tablets, but there is information emerged about a new tablet from Google, which will be manufactured by HTC, where the new device will be named Nexus 9.

According to leaked information, Nexus 9 will has 8.9-inch screen with resolution of 1440 x 2048, and two front speakers, it will be provided by Tegra K1 processor.

The device will be made of aluminum and the total weight of it is 418 grams and a thickness of 0.31-inch, it will carry 8 megapixel rear camera with Sticky optical and front 3-megapixel camera.

A number of sources said that it will be the last tablet device from Google under the name Nexus, where Nexus series is supposed to be replaced to another series carries the name "Android Silver", where "Android Silver" system that is supposed to provide full support for a number of smartphones and tablets, so Google is keen that these devices will get the latest version of the Android system.

Samsung Unveils 3 Models of "Galaxy Tab 4" Tablet

Samsung has announced three models of "Galaxy Tab" tablets, the three models comes which with 10.1, 8 and 7-inch screens.

The new tablets from Samsung belongs to the category of medium hardware specifications, and those tablets will go under the name of "Galaxy Tab 4" , and will include three of the company's entertainment services.

The first entertainment service is "Group Play" service, which allows users to share and play music with friends in real time, as well as support to share documents, the second service is "Samsung Link" , which allows the users to run content across different devices, and the third service is "WatchON" to watch TV and movies.

It is the software; all new models of the "Galaxy Tab 4" will run Android 4.4 Kit Kat.

For the rest of the specs, the biggest tablet, which includes 10.1-inch screen and 1280 × 800 pixels, comes with 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, and 3-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front camera.

The "Galaxy Tab4 10.1" has 1.5 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal storage expandable via external memory cards of the type microSD, also it has 6,800 mAh battery.

With regard to "Galaxy Tab4 8", it comes with the same specifications of its elder brother, in terms of processor, camera, storage capacity, RAM, and screen resolution, but it comes with 4450 mAh battery and weighs 320 grams. Samsung did not reveal the price of the new devices, but only said that it will put it in black and white colors in the global markets during the second quarter of this year.

ZTE Unveils Tablet Phone with 13 MP Front Camera

ZTE Company has unveiled a new smartphone, which described as the perfect solution for taking personal pictures, and it is the first smartphone in the world comes with a 13 megapixel front camera.

The new smartphone carries the name "Nubia X6", and belongs to the category of tablet phones; it has a 6.3-inch screen with resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels, and quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor, in addition to a battery with a capacity of 4250 mAh.

The new phone comes with two cameras, 13 megapixel front camera, and rear camera with the same accuracy.

The tablet phone will be available in two editions in terms of the capacity of RAM, the first with 2 GB and the second 3 GB.

The front camera of the new device provided by "EXMOR RS" sensor of Sony, which able to capture high-quality images even in low-light conditions.

Nubia X6 runs the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system with the "Nubia 2.0" interface, which allows the user to divide the screen into two distinct parts, each comprising a separate application.

ZTE Company intends to put the "Nubia X6" phone first in the Chinese market and then in global markets later this year, according to a company spokesperson.

The starting price of the new phone is $487 for the model 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage memory, as it will be available in two colors, white and gold.

Asus Company has unveiled its new tablet "VivoTab Note 8", which is a tablet that is running Windows 8.1 operating system and supports touch using the stylus.

VivoTab Note 8 has 8 inch screen with a resolution of 800 × 1280 pixels, and powered by the new Atom Z3740 processor from Intel.

CES 2014: Samsung Unveils its New Tablet "Galaxy Note Pro 12.2"

Samsung Company has unveiled the first tablet in the new series "Galaxy Note Pro", the new device carries the name "Galaxy Note Pro 12.2".

The new tablet is the first device from Samsung which has 12.2 inch screen, the screen from the type of Super Clear LCD and features a resolution of 1600 × 2560 pixels, and the density of 247 pixels per inch.

Samsung explained, at an event held on the sidelines of its participation in the technical exhibition CES 2014 which will be held in Las Vegas City during the period between the 7th to 10th of January, that the tablet includes a stylus and is available in multi copies of the processor and memory storage.

  

Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 powered by Exynos 5 Octa eight-core processor, which operates at speeds of 1.9 GHz, this processor dedicated for devices that will support third-generation communications networks.

  

In contrast, Samsung supported another version of the new tablet by 2.3 GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor from "Qualcomm" to support the fourth-generation communications networks.

The new tablet will be available in two versions, the first with 64 GB internal memory storage capacity, and the other with 32 GB internal memory storage.

  

The accuracy of the background camera in the new "Galaxy Note Pro 12.2" 8 megapixel, while the accuracy of the front camera 2 megapixel, and the capacity of the battery of this tablet 9500 mAh.

  

Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 running "Android Kit Kat 4.4" operating system, the device provided with new user interface called Magazine UX, which allows the user to convert the interface of his tablet into a set of adjusted squares depending on his usage.

  

Samsung intends to put its first tablet from "Galaxy Note Pro" series during the first quarter of this year, but the South Korean company did not disclose the price of the device yet.

Nokia Officially Unveiled its First Tablet "Lumia 2520" with 10.1-inch IPS Full HD Screen

Nokia has officially unveiled its first tablet which carries the name "Lumia 2520", the announcement happen during Nokia's conference in Abu Dhabi.

  

Nokia Lumia 2520 tablet has 10.1-inch IPS LCD Full HD screen with resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels, and the density of pixels is estimated at 218 pixels per inch.

  

Nokia supplied the screen of Lumia 2520 tablet with layer of "Corning Gorilla 2" glass which is resistant to scratches, and during the conference Nokia said that the screen has high degree of variation which allows use in open spaces.

  

Nokia Lumia 2520 powered by  2.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor  from "Qualcomm" company , 2 GB of random access memory (RAM), and 8000 mA/h battery.

  

The first tablet from Nokia  includes 32 GB of internal memory storage with the ability to increase it by using MicroSD  external memory card up to 32 GB, and it supports connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi  , also supports fourth generation networks (4G LTE) .

  

Nokia Lumia 2520 running Windows RT 8.1 operating system, and Nokia will provide it with a set of -applications such as Office and Internet Explorer 11.

  

Nokia's tablet 6.7 megapixels rear camera, the camera is equipped with “Carl Zeiss” lenses and supports auto-focus feature and rounding up to four times without loss of image quality, but it is not supported by flash.

  

Nokia Lumia 2520 will cost $499, and it will be available in three colors: red, light blue, white and black, also there is a keyboard can be connected to the device and will cost $ 149.

Apple Unveils New Generation of iPad Tablets "iPad Air" and "iPad Mini"

Apple has announced new products during special event held in San Francisco city, where the American company has unveiled the latest versions of its tablet "iPad".

Before unveiling the new iPad, Apple announced that it sold more than 170 million iPad device over the past three and a half years, also said that it developed more than 475,000 applications specifically for iPad.

  

Apple's president of marketing "Phil Schiller " has unveiled the new generation of iPad devices "iPad Air" , it  comes with 9.7 inch Retina screen,   it comes thinner than previous generation and is very lightweight , which does not exceed  the weight of 450 grams.

Microsoft Unveiled New Generation of "Surface" Tablets "Surface Pro 2" & "Surface 2"

Microsoft has unveiled the new generation of "Surface" tablet computers produced by the company, as part of a special event conducted by Microsoft  in New York City, through this event Microsoft announcing the two tablets "Surface Pro 2" , and "Surface 2".

    

Microsoft said that the new tablet "Surface Pro 2" will provide performance faster than most of laptops available in the market these days, where performance of graphics processor has been improved  by 50% compared with the previous generation, this happened by providing the new tablets with fourth generation processors "Haswell" from Intel which also provided an improvement in battery life.

    

"Surface Pro 2" has 10.6 inch display and is running Windows 8.1 operating system, it comes in two versions, the first comes with 4 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of internal storage, the second comes with 8 GB of RAM and 256 or 512 GB of internal storage.

As for the tablet "Surface 2", which is running Windows RT 8.1, comes with weight and thickness less than the previous generation, its performance faster by about 3 times of the previous generation, it has the same full HD display of "Surface Pro 2" and provided with 32 GB if internal storage.

    

The new generation of "Surface" tablets provided with new dual-angle Kickstand, make it capable of being tilted up to 55-degree angle when you put it on a flat surface, in addition to the possibility of the tilt angle of 22 degrees, as in the previous generation.

Microsoft supported the new devices with a number of accessories, such as Docking Station for "Surface Pro", where it turns the tablet into something like a PC, by providing for several USB ports, in addition to the ports allows the user to connect mouse and keyboard, in addition to the "Mini Display Port" to connect an external monitor.

    

Microsoft also revealed a new keyboard connected with the tablet, bearing the name "Power Cover", contains an internal battery in order to prolong the battery life of tablet at a rate 2.5 times.

"Surface Pro 2" and “Surface 2" will be launched officially for sale on the market in October 22, at a starting price of $449  for "Surface 2", and $899 for the "Surface Pro 2".

Sony has unveiled its new tablet Vaio Tap 11 which is the first Sony tablet running Windows 8 operating system during the IFA 2013 which held in Berlin.

Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a 11.6-inch screen with Full HD resolution, and up to Intel Core i7 processor, and holds 8 megapixel camera with EXMOR RS sensor which developed by Sony, also it has the design features put by Sony in recent smartphones from the series "Xperia", including the power button which is made of aluminum.

     

Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a wireless keyboard with a touch pad mouse, and you can connect the tablet with the keyboard for ease of use, the keyboard can also used as a cover for the tablet to protect it when it is not in use. The keyboard has its own battery to increase the work hours of the tablet.

     

Sony Vaio Tap 11 has a microSD port to increase the internal storage, it supports 3G and 4G networks and NFC, and has micro-HDMI and USB 3.0 ports.

    

Sony will put the Vaio Tap 11 tablet for sale in a number of markets at the end of September, but it did not reveal the expected priceof the device.
